Sunset Shores is located in the picturesque town of Cape Vincent, New York. Sunset Shores Mobile Home Community has forty-four units that are spread throughout our vast 950 feet of waterfront property. Each lot has a view of the majestic St. Lawrence seaway.

Tenants at Sunset Shores enjoy a carefree summer home. We maintain all lawns, driveways, boat dockage, roads, and common ground areas. Just relax, take in the breathtaking sights of the Thousand Islands, and leave the yard work to us! Nearly ten acres of property create room for parking, grassy areas for play for the children, and common views of the river. The marina at Sunset Shores is well protected. Every boat has a boat hoist to help defend it from the elements. There is easy access in and out of the marina.

Our season runs from May 1 to October 15 every year. If you are interested in purchasing a new home or a pre-owned mobile home, please visit our sales center. The Bono Brothers will assist you by making the process of purchasing your summer home a simple one. In addition, we also rent cottages on the premises on a weekly basis.
