THERE IS A NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FEE OF $125.00 FOR ALL CABINS DUE AT THE TIME THE RESERVATIONS ARE MADE.

BOAT DOCKAGE OBTAINABLE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.

1. Check-in by 4:00p.m. on Saturday and check-out by 11:00a.m. the following Saturday.
2. No dogs will be allowed - by guests or by visitors of the guests.
3. The Park must be quiet by 11:00p.m.
4. One vehicle parked by cottage. Others please park in the designated second car area.
5. Coolers, et cetera must be kept in the cabin or on the porch, not outside.
6. Cottage must be kept clean at all times.
7. Management is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
8. If there is a problem with the utilities, please contact management, Bud or Carol.
9. If renting the cabin for more than one (1) week, access must be provided between 11:00a.m. and 4:00p.m. on Saturdays for cleaning.
10. Please have a safe and pleasant stay.
